Food Drive Update

We have seen some exceptional giving this fall on helping us collect items for our Realtor Food Drive. The Food Drive will end on Nov 12th, that means there is only 14 more days left to donate. Be sure to spread the word and bring in your items to help those in need of food this season. Anything is truly appreciated. 

Soon after the food drive we will be beginning our Sub for Santa. Be sure to come in and pick a name off our Tree to buy for. Also if you know of a family in need of some extra help this Holiday Season contact our Sub for Santa Rep, Kerrie Andrews in our Sunset office. 801-773-1777. Lets help those in need this Holiday Season.

Food Drive is going well. We had a Fantastic First Week. Second week was okay, lets try and make it up in the third week and have another great week of collecting items for the Food Drive. Get all your family, friends, and neighbors to join in by bringing in their food items to our Sunset or Layton location.

Thank you all so much for your donations to help the Clearfield Church in gathering supplies. We have already gathered an ample amount of supplies that were needed.  The church feels that they have received enough toiletry supplies at the moment and even a good start on office/arts & crafts supplies. They are still in need of the Toddler/Nursery Care items though:

Toddler/Nursery Care (Newborn-4yrs):

-Cribs

-Mattresses

-Play pens

-Play chairs

-High chairs

-Bouncy Chairs

-Toys for all ages

-Baby wipes

-Emergency first aid kits

-Coloring books

-Fat crayons

-Small tables & Chairs

-Animal crackers

-Juice boxes

-Fruit snacks

(They especially need the bigger items of Cribs, pack n plays, high chairs, etc)

If you have any of these items and would be willing to donate please drop them off at the office. Thank you so much.

A local Church in Clearfield Utah had a Fire last week and suffered alot of damage and loss. Please help them out by contributing from any of the supplies below or if you wish you can donate money for supplies to be bought. Your help is most appreciated in the process of rebuilding up this communities church.

New Year

Hope everyone had a great new year. Here at Golden Spike Realty, we are all starting the New Year right by working hard to our Seller's and Buyer's. Monday was quit a day for us here at the Sunset Golden Spike RE location. Our secretary of 6 years has decided to switch her job to a full time stay at home mom. With one little one and one on the way it was time for her to make a change. We will miss you Camillia but are excited for the new adventures that will come your way.

Things have been busy in the office, finalizing all the changes. We are finally done though, and things are going great. Business is busy with loads of buyers and sellers. Come in to hear about our Military Discount that we are offering.
